Server rules

Play fair. Survive together.

A few simple rules so everyone has a good time. They apply on every Legion server and in our Discord. Break them and you'll usually get a warning first, then a ban if it keeps happening.

1 Community

  1. 1.1

    Be kind & respectful. No toxicity. Treat everyone with respect, even if you don't personally like them. Be the kind of survivor you'd want watching your back.

  2. 1.2

    Match your names. Your Discord name must match your in-game name so we can help you with support and tickets.

  3. 1.3

    No racism or hate speech. Racism, discrimination, slurs or excessive vulgar language are not tolerated.

  4. 1.4

    No advertising or recruiting. Don't promote or recruit for other Discord servers, groups or communities.

  5. 1.5

    No NSFW or adult content. This is a community server, not a place for pornographic, violent or disturbing material.

  6. 1.6

    No offensive names or avatars. Staff may ask you to change your name or profile picture if it's inappropriate.

  7. 1.7

    No threats of any kind. Direct or indirect threats, such as DDoS, doxxing, abuse or violence toward others, mean an immediate ban.

2 Gameplay

  1. 2.1

    PvE only. Don't kill, hurt or rob other players, or lead infected or AI onto them.

  2. 2.2

    Respect other players' fights. If someone is already clearing an area or running a quest, ask before you join in. Don't steal their kills or loot.

  3. 2.3

    Don't camp. Loot quest areas, keycard rooms and loot spots, then move on so others get a turn.

  4. 2.4

    No cheats or exploits. No cheats, duping or using bugs. Found a bug? Report it on Discord instead.

3 Base building

  1. 3.1

    Keep your distance. Don't build in or near traders, safe zones, military areas or quest locations. Check the no-build map before you start.

  2. 3.2

    Don't block the way. Keep roads, bridges and building entrances clear.

  3. 3.3

    No glitch bases. Don't build inside rocks or use glitches to keep people out.

  4. 3.4

    Give neighbours space. Ask before building right next to another player's base.

  5. 3.5

    Keep your flag raised. A flag pole stays up for 7 days from when you raise it. Raise it again before then, or on day 8 the flag pole is gone.

  6. 3.6

    Items despawn without a flag. Once your flag is gone, most items at your base start to despawn if nobody interacts with them for 24 hours.

4 Compensation

  1. 4.1

    Open a ticket quickly. Lost gear to a server crash, bug or desync? Open a ticket on Discord as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours.

  2. 4.2

    Bring evidence. Include a clip or screenshots and list what you lost. Without evidence we usually can't help. Make sure your Discord name matches your in-game name (rule 1.2).

  3. 4.3

    Normal deaths aren't covered. We don't replace gear lost to infected, AI, falls, hunger or the cold, or base items that despawned because the flag wasn't raised in time.

  4. 4.4

    Staff decide. Staff decide what gets replaced, and it may not be an exact match for what you lost.
